MyCNBox Bags & Accessories QC Checklist

Small construction details matter on bags and accessories, but scale matters first. Confirm dimensions and the complete object before judging hardware or finishing close-ups.

Quick answer

Match the item and option first, inspect the complete object before close-ups, record what remains unknown, then request only the evidence needed for a clear next action.

Review the photos in this order.

01

Confirm dimensions and scale

Check listed measurements or request a ruler photo. Similar product names may cover mini, medium and large versions that look alike in isolated images.

Save width, height and depth with the selected option.
02

Review structure and symmetry

Use front, side and base views to check shape, panel alignment and whether the item stands or folds as expected. Packing can temporarily affect structure.

Ask whether visible creasing is packaging-related when unclear.
03

Inspect closures and hardware

Check zips, clasps, buckles, rings and visible attachment points. Photos can show alignment and surface condition but not long-term strength.

Request an open and closed view when the closure matters.
04

Check straps and handles

Confirm strap count, attachment points, adjustability and visible edge finishing. A front photo rarely shows the complete carrying setup.

Verify detachable pieces are actually present.
05

Look at edges and stitching

Review corners, piping, edge paint, seam paths and high-stress joins. Distinguish lighting reflections from scratches or uneven finishing.

Name the specific corner or panel in any follow-up request.
06

Confirm the interior and extras

If pockets, lining, dust bags, pouches or other accessories matter, confirm them in the photo set rather than relying on a listing collage.

Missing evidence is not evidence that an item is included.
A useful review note

Write three lines, not a vague score.

Visible

The photographed option, condition and details you can actually confirm.

Unknown

The missing angle, measurement or property a photo cannot establish.

Next action

Accept the visual evidence, request one specific photo or hold the item while resolving a mismatch.

MyCNBox Bags & Accessories QC Checklist FAQ

Questions this photo set should answer.

Why are bag dimensions important in QC?+

Product photos often hide scale. Dimensions help confirm the selected version and can also affect packed parcel volume.

What extra bag QC photo is most useful?+

That depends on the uncertainty. Common requests include the base, interior, closure, strap attachments, hardware close-ups or a ruler beside the item.

Can bag QC photos prove material claims?+

No. They may show surface appearance but cannot reliably confirm material composition, durability or authenticity.
